La T4 produite par la thyroïde est à bas car elle n'est pas stimulée par la TSH.

donc la thyroïde est normale.

Demandez ce bilan:

1. Prisede sang

   • IgF1

   • Cortisol, ACTH

2. IRM du cerveau, centré sur l'hypophysaire

Ce bilan trouvera certainement la pathologie
